Winscribe BPM Overview
Orchestrating your business processes with Winscribe BPM means work is completed in a timely and consistent manner with tasks automatically created and routed directly to the right people or systems – every time.
Your employees will use Winscribe BPM to quickly view, organize, and perform tasks. They can also start new processes, creating tasks that can be completed by themselves or other employees within the firm. Managers use Winscribe BPM to gain the insight needed to effectively manage their resources and to make continual process improvements that lead to fast ROI.
Build Processes Quickly
Winscribe BPM provides firms with a graphical workflow designer for process creation. Utilizing a drag-and-drop interface, users can quickly create or modify a process by assembling and configuring pre-built activities much like drawing a picture on a blank canvas using stencilsrather than by writing lines of code. Automatic versioning control of each process change allows you roll back to previous versions at any time. In addition to the workflow designer, Winscribe also provides free access to an optional Winscribe BPM Software Development Kit (SDK). With the SDK, your developers can easily create custom tasks to further extend the capabilities of Winscribe BPM.
Gain User Acceptance
At Winscribe, we know that user acceptance can be the difference between success and failure with any software purchase and that is why we place such a high focus on creating user-friendly interfaces. Winscribe BPM provides users with an Outlook-style interface that is attractive, customizable, and and so intuitive your staff will be able to use it without the need for extensive training. In addition, Winscribe is continuing our efforts to build deeper integrations between Winscribe BPM and popular Microsoft products such as Outlook. With these integrations, your employees can start processes and perform tasks within the tools they already use on a daily basis – further leveraging your existing IT investments.
Know What Is Happening
As the saying goes, you cannot manage what you do not measure. Unless you measure something, you cannot know if it is getting better or worse. Winscribe BPM utilizes Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to generate the reports you need to understand what is happening with your processes and to make more informed business decisions.
Avoid Missed Deadlines
While many of your employees will work within the Winscribe BPM client on a regular basis, others may rarely log in at all. This is possible because the system can be set up to send email alerts as key milestones are achieved or as deadlines approach. Add to that the ability to auto-escalate work to another employee or manager based on pre-defined rules and you can rest assured that missed deadlines will be a thing of the past.
Protect Your Data
Security is important to your firm and Winscribe has a number of elements to protect your sensitive data. Features such as role-based user permissions, the ability to integrate with Active Directory, and full audit trail capabilities mean that you are covered when it comes to security.
