Types of Winscribe BPM Licenses available

At Winscribe, we work hard to make BPM available to firms unable or simply unwilling to spend upwards of a million dollars to get started. Our licensing model reflects this dedication.

User Licenses

Winscribe BPM is primarily offered on a per user license basis with each user requiring a dedicated license. The user license includes the ability to create and manage an unlimited number of processes. Unlike other vendors, there are no additional license fees for access to the graphical workflow designer and Winscribe does not charge based on the number of processes you manage. In this way, you can be sure that the investment you make with Winscribe BPM today will continue paying dividends well into the future.

Recurring Licenses

As an alternative to the traditional user license model, Winscribe also offers Winscribe BPM via a recurring license model. Firms choosing this model have access to all the same functionality as those on the traditional model yet at a reduced initial investment. The recurring license model is often preferred by sites wishing to pilot Winscribe BPM, while the addition of a buyout option means that you can transition to the traditional model if later preferred.

Site Licenses

While most clients prefer our user license model, Winscribe also offers a Winscribe BPM Site License that covers an unlimited number of users at a single location. Of course, as always, there are no additional fees for access to the graphical workflow designer or based on the number of processes you manage. Ask one of our experts which option is best for you.
