We are looking for the new face and voice of our company, someone who thrives on being busy, a quick learner and who takes pride in being accurate and reliable. We seek an individual with maturity, good communication and great computer skills to work in our Takapuna (Auckland) office.
•First point of contact for visitors
•Assisting and organising internal events and functions
•Maintaining fixed assets register
• Health and Safety Officer
• Processing accounts payable and receivables
• Providing overall administrative support to the NZ and Australian offices
