Global Technical Services Manager
Martin drives the company’s global technical support and services division. He mentors the regional support managers to deliver great service to customers and partners and assigns resources to handle escalated problems. He also researches continuous improvement and technology advances in the area of technical support.
Martin has 23 years of experience in IT ranging through assembling PCs, programming, shareware authoring, software support, IT training, IT management. Outside of work Martin is passionate about surfing, philosophy, psychology and film making.
